Grain free are a base of Gram (chickpea) flour. Low allergen risk, as some dogs cannot even tolerate rice or potato flour, and this has neither. Gram flour is also high protein.
Pineapple is full of minerals including manganese, copper, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and zinc.
There is some evidence that dogs who like to eat poo whilst out on walks are looking for these minerals from that source, and surely a tasty biscuit is a better option?!
